Bronze Package - Month of Coordination:

Our Bronze Package is designed for couples who need support on their wedding day to ensure everything runs smoothly. Services begin 6 weeks prior to your wedding day and include:

Pre Wedding:
  • Two face-to-face consultations to discuss your wedding vision and plans.
  • Providing necessary vendor recommendations and contact information.
  • Constructing a detailed wedding day timeline, approved by the bride and groom.
  • Confirming all event details with vendors prior to your wedding day.
  • Facilitating the ceremony rehearsal to ensure a smooth ceremony experience.

 

Wedding Day:

 

  • Up to 10 hours on-site with your lead planner and one assistant.
  • Directing the ceremony professionals to ensure a seamless ceremony.
  • Coordinating and assisting with the set up of both ceremony and reception venues.
  • Setting up wedding accessories such as place cards, guest book, favors, etc.
  • Coordinating of flowers, making sure groomsmen receive theirs and VIP's get theirs. 
  • Acting as point of contact for all vendors throughout the day.
  • Assisting wedding party and guests as needed to ensure a smooth experience. 
  • Distributing final payments and gratuities to vendors on your behalf. 
  • Managing and resolving any unexpected issues that may arise during the event.

Silver Package - Partial Planning:

Our Silver Package is perfectly suited for couples who have already made progress in their wedding planning and are looking for professional guidance to bring their vision to life. This offering strikes a balance, allowing couples to actively participate in their planning activities while benefitting from our experts and support throughout the process. These services start immediately after deposit is made.

Pre Wedding:
  • Creating a comprehensive wedding planning checklist tailored to your needs.
  • Three pre-wedding consultations to discuss and refine your wedding plans. 
  • Conducting a venue site walk to envision and plan your event space.
  • Providing necessary vendor recommendations. 
  • Reviewing vendor contracts to ensure clarity and alignment with your expectations.
  • Designing a venue diagram to optimize space and layout for your event. 
  • Constructing a detailed wedding day timeline to coordinate all activities seamlessly.

  • Comprehensive wedding planning and timeline preparation.
  • Creating a detailed wedding checklist. 
  • Establishing priorities and developing a budget plan, with ongoing tracking.
  • Scouting and selecting ceremony and reception venues. 
  • Providing vendor recommendations, negotiating contracts, and managing bookings. 
  • Review vendor contracts to ensure clarity and terms meet your expectations. 
  • Efficient vendor management throughout the planning process. 
  • Designing and executing a cohesive wedding design scheme.
  • Managing Save-the-Dates, wedding invitations, and all printed material. 
  • Tracking of RSVPs. 
  • Organizing wedding favors, accessories, and coordinating accommodations, transportation, and childcare.
  • Procuring and assembling welcome bags for guests. 
  • Providing etiquette guidance and general wedding advice through unlimited consultations. 
  • Facilitating unlimited meetings and coordination sessons. 
  • Attenting and/or representing you at vendor meetings. 
  • Confirming all event details with vendors well in advance of your wedding day. 
  • Facilitating and organizing the ceremony rehearsal to ensure a smooth wedding day.

  • Enjoy unlimited on-site time with your lead coordinator and at least two assistants, ensuring every moment of your wedding day is seamlessly managed.

  • Coordinating and assisting with the setup of both ceremony and the reception venues. 
  • Setting up wedding accessories such as guest book, place cards, and favors. 
  • Coordinating pinning of flowers for groomsmen, and ensuring VIP's receive their flowers. 
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for all vendors throughout the day. 
  • Providing assistance to the family, wedding party, and guests as required to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. 
  • Distributing final payments and gratuities to vendors, handling all financial transactions smoothly. 
  • Managing and resolving any unforeseen challenges or hiccups that may arise during the event.

If you need international pricing information - please reach out. This is not the pricing structure we follow for international weddings. 

 

Travel Information for those outside of our region, but within the United States:

We proudly offer our services to the following states without requiring air travel: Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, and Northern Virgina. Our travel fee for in region, but over 1 hour from our office is $150. If your wedding is outside of this region, please be aware that an additional travel fee will be necessary to cover the cost of flights. This fee is subject to variation based on the flight prices at the time of your booking. The cost will be added to your total due. We strive to provide transparent and fair pricing, ensuring you are informed of any additional costs well in advance.
